These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and contracts between Velaro Rendering (hereinafter “Velaro”) and the client concerning the creation of 3D architectural visualisation and related services. Differing terms of the client apply only where acknowledged by Velaro in writing.
Quotes from Velaro are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The contract comes into effect upon the client’s written order confirmation, including by email.
The scope of services is defined by the respective quote. The client provides the necessary documents in good time and in full: for interior visualisation, floor plans and material specifications; for exterior visualisation, an editable 3D model of the project. Delays caused by missing or faulty documents are borne by the client.
The agreed price includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Additional change requests or subsequent adjustments to the scope are charged according to time spent.
The prices stated in the quote apply, in Swiss francs (CHF), plus any statutory value added tax. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction. For larger projects an advance payment may be agreed.
Delivery dates are indicative and are met on a best-efforts basis. Binding dates require an express written agreement.
Copyright in the visualisations created remains with Velaro. Upon full payment the client receives the non-exclusive right to use the delivered images for the agreed purpose (for example marketing, planning application, presentation). Velaro is entitled to use the work created for its own reference and promotional purposes, unless confidentiality has been agreed.
Velaro is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence and for consequential and indirect damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Swiss law applies exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Velaro Rendering (Rothrist, Canton of Aargau), to the extent permitted by law.
Velaro Rendering takes the protection of your personal data seriously and treats it confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The German version is legally binding.

When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, project details, message) solely in order to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
The contact form is sent via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co). The data entered is transmitted for delivery to our email address. No permanent storage for advertising purposes takes place.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google servers in the process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation.
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores technical data (for example IP address, date and time, page accessed) in log files. This serves security and technical operation and is not combined with other data.
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or required by statutory retention obligations.
